  This course is offered as an intensive workshop (5 days covering the 10 units needed).

  Online learning facilities are also available.

  Full course cost is $3,000 per seat-this covers attending the 5 day intensive workshop; the cost of assessment; a copy of the reference book "Management – Theory and Practice" by Kris Cole valued at $85 and a 2 hour coaching session for each person is also included in the course fee.   NB. The coaching session is in person for metro areas only – outside of metro area the coaching is done by phone/email or additional costs are incurred for site visits.

  The Diploma of Management program has been designed around three important areas of leadership:

This is the Diploma of Management course for Frontline Managers. This course is composed of two modules of 4 days each. NB. A 5th day (chance to work on your evidence portfolio) is offered in each module at no extra cost.

Please be aware each module covers 4 units - a total of 8 units is needed for this qualification.

If you are already working in a management level position or role and/or have recent, significant experience in this field, you may be eligible to undergo the Skills Recognition (previously known as RPL/RCC) process of assessment (rather than having to attend classroom based lectures/online activities and/or complete workplace projects).   You will need to supply sufficient, relevant, valid and authentic evidence to confirm your competency in the units that make up this qualification.
