Refund Policy

Course fees are generally not received in advance.  Once a candidate has commenced a course or RPL/RCC process of assessment then the total amount is due and the course fee is non-refundable.  This is to ensure expenses incurred by AITP can be covered.

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing (eg. Email).

Course Date Change/Cancellation:
  • Greater than 10 days - No charge
  • 3 to 10 days - 50% of course fee
  • Less than 3 days - 75% of course fee
  • Non-attendance - 100% of course fee

When fees have been paid/will be paid by employer and the candidate leaves that employment, no credit will be available to either the candidate or the employer.  This is because the fee was paid for that person’s training and is thus non-transferable. Similarly, in cases where insufficient progress has been made in the timeframe specified, there are no credits available to either the candidate or the employer.
