Certificate III in Frontline Management

Suitable for those who are ready to embark on a clear development program at the junior management level. This Certificate III level qualification encourages independence while working under limited guidance from others in the workplace. It recognises the role this level of management plays in supporting the management systems in their workplace, whose responsibility is to ensure workplace management systems and activities are carried out as required by the organizations policies, procedures and standards, as well as supporting change management within the workplace



This qualification consists of a minimum of 6 units of competence and can be achieved two ways – by attending a training course or through Skills Recognition.

Attending a training course:
Delivered over 6 days by one of our qualified and experienced trainers. Candidates will then apply their skills learned from this course by completing projects in their workplace. (Minimum numbers apply)

Skills Recognition (RPL) process:
For those candidates who already have the knowledge, skills and experience as a Certificate III Frontline Manager you are encouraged to apply to AITP to have your current and recent experience recognised through this process. (Minimum numbers apply)
