Certificate IV in Frontline Management

Suitable for experienced team leaders and area managers, those with the responsibility of ensuring an organisation’s operational systems are functioning at optimum capacity with an eye to improvements.

Candidates who undertake this qualification have specific responsibilities that support the management and coordination of personnel, resources and workplace activities and wish to improve at this level. They also implement change management within the workplace.

The skills addressed in this qualification include the development of your team and yourself professionally.

 


This qualification consists of a minimum of 10 units of competence and can be achieved by completing a training course (attendance or on-line), through Skills Recognition, or a combination.
Attending a training course:

Option 1 - Workshop style sessions - delivered as a 5 day intensive course

Option 2 - Traditional training course - Delivered over a total of 8 days (2 modules of 4 days each). 

Candidates will then apply their skills learned from this course by completing projects in their workplace. (Minimum numbers apply)

Undertaking the training via the e-learning portal on our website:
Study at your own pace to complete the units that make up this nationally recognised qualification.  It is usual to complete 1 to 2 units per month.

Skills Recognition (RPL) process:
Candidates who already have the knowledge, skills and experience as a Certificate IV Frontline Manager are encouraged to apply to AITP to have your current and recent experience recognised through this process.
