Design and Develop Training Programs

This cluster of 2 core units from the full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) is delivered over 2 days. The units covered are TAEDES401A and TAEDES402A.

This course is offered at AITP’s training venue in Henderson or can be delivered in the Candidate’s workplace anywhere in Western Australia (minimum numbers apply).

These units can be achieved by attending a training course, through the Skills Recognition (RPL) process OR a combination. Contact AITP for further information and to discuss the best approach for you and your organisation.

At the Certificate IV level these units are aimed at the practicing or aspiring trainer who wants to design and develop effective training for a range of learners, whether in a group setting, to individuals or in a work-based context.

This course explores how to design and develop training programs that have clearly identified outcomes, meet the needs of individual learners and are suitable for the environment they will be trained in.  All the skills required to design and develop effective training programs for your workplace.

Candidates design and develop training programs while on the course. Particularly useful for groups of 4-6 from the same workplace, Candidates learn to create a high training standard to meet the training needs of their organisation. A temporary licence to use the innovative 7 Masterkeys* program is included in the course fee.

The cost of this cluster is $750 per person. (Minimum numbers apply)

*7 MasterKeys is an interactive, easy-to-use tool to start and complete your course work within a specified license time-frame – usually 3 months.
