Diploma of Management

This qualification consists of a minimum of 8 units of competence and can be achieved by attending a training course, via e-learning or through Skills Recognition.

Attending a training course:
Delivered over a total of 10 days – (2 blocks of 5 days).  Candidates will then apply their skills learned from this course by completing projects in their workplace.

E-Learning:
In this method, learning is done by accessing our E-Learning Portal on our website and working your way through the units that are offered there. You will find it best to progress through each unit, completing all activities and then supplying sufficient evidence that you have gained competency (at Diploma level) to enable certification to be issued. The units in this qualification are designed to be practiced and assessed in the workplace. Workplace application is needed to ensure that competence to the standard required by this industry sector has been attained.

Skills Recognition (RPL) process:
For those candidates who already have the knowledge, skills and experience as a Diploma level Frontline Manager you are encouraged to apply to AITP to have your current and recent experience recognised through this process.
