At the Certificate IV level these units are aimed at the practicing or aspiring trainer who wants to deliver effective training to a range of learners, whether in a group setting, to individuals or in a work-based context.

This course explores how to plan and organise for the delivery of training sessions that engage the learners, how to achieve clearly identified outcomes, how to meet the needs of individual learners, as well as the principles of Adult Learning.  All the skills required to achieve effective training in your workplace.

Candidates prepare to deliver group training and individual facilitation, as well as deliver several sessions throughout the course. Particularly useful for groups of 4-6 from the same workplace, Candidates learn to create a high training standard to meet the training needs of their organisation. A temporary licence to use the innovative 7 Masterkeys* program is included in the course fee.

The cost of this cluster is $950 per person or $875 per person when enrolling in all 3 clusters. (Minimum numbers apply)

*7 MasterKeys is an interactive, easy-to-use tool to start and complete your course work within a specified license time-frame – usually 3 months.

This course can be built upon as the learner’s knowledge and experience grows, and can lead to further training towards the full TAE40110 qualification.
