Time Management
This course is delivered in 1 day.  It is offered as a public course @ $235.10pp (usually held at our Henderson offices) or a corporate course @ $1074.25 plus $57.45 pp materials cost (for a group of up to 20 people who all work for same organisation/at a venue of your choosing).


This course explores the concepts of time management from 2 different perspectives.  Participants can then relate this to their habits and practice and then develop a plan to manage time productively.

Topics covered include stressors, interruptions and time wasters, setting goals and objectives, prioritising, effective time management tools and strategies, and delegating.

By the end of the training participants commit to a personal action plan, this includes communicating the plan to colleagues and soliciting their assistance.
